As a business the safety of our employees is paramount. As a result we have reviewed the government's advice on appropriate actions regarding Covid-19 and made necessary adjustments.

YOUR ORDERS.

You will still be able to place orders as normal and we will still be dispatching orders to all markets, however our customer service and warehouse functions have been slightly affected and are currently operating at a reduced rate. Whilst we operate at this reduced rate please speak directly to our sales team on correct lead times. Due to the specialised nature of shipping, we will not be able to give quotes at checkout. Once a purchase has been made, our team will be in touch to guide you through the process.

Please note that unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO or BFPO boxes as a signature is required upon delivery.


All international orders are not duty paid and may incur additional charges once the parcel reaches its destination country. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.
Standard Service (5-15 working days*): Once you have placed an order with us, we will get in touch regarding shipping costs. All orders are tracked for peace of mind and tracking numbers will be included with your order dispatch email.

White Glove Service (15-20 working days*): Once you have placed an order with us, we will get in touch regarding shipping costs. All orders are tracked for peace of mind and tracking numbers will be included with your order dispatch email.

Standard Service: The name “Standard Service” does not necessarily mean what it suggests. Your item is only required to be delivered to your property, which can include the front door to your residence or building, your driveway, or curbside. Upon delivery, you will be required to sign for it. A crate may be used to provide maximum protection. The service does not include unpacking, condition inspection, minor assembly, or installation. For domestic and international delivery, including pickup

White Glove Service: This is the highest level of service provided. Our carriers offer competitive pricing to handle everything from pickup to delivery, which includes delivery to a chosen room within your home (note, there is an extra charge if there are more than two flights of stairs), unpacking and item inspection; installation is not included. You or someone you trust must be present to receive the delivery. For domestic and international delivery, including pickup.

Standard Service and White Glove Service can be expedited upon request, but the extra cost can be substantial, as expedited shipping may require specialised carriers or routing changes. For specific installation (e.g. hanging or mounting) requirements, please contact us directly prior to the delivery to discuss placement suitability.

Once the order has been placed a team member will contact you to arrange dates, times and delivery method.

All shipping prices will include insurance and our carriers insure each panel is specially packaged to ensure peace of mind.

Unless explicitly stated, customs and duty rates are not included.

CUSTOMISED-TO-ORDER PRODUCT(S) DELIVERIES.

Customised-to-Order Product(s) will come with their own delivery and lead times. Due to the nature of our products, lead times are a rough estimate of production time. Once these products have been ordered, a team member will contact you with further information.
